Manisha has been
working in the area of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs),
specially for MSMEs and the grassroots creative
communities, for the last 10 years. She has carried out
consulting assignments on IPRs for a UN agency.
She belongs to Uttaranchal and her schooling has been
from the best convent schools in Nainital & Dehradun.
She is an M.Sc. in Mathematics (University topper) &
PGDCA Computers with extensive research & study on
IPRs and ADR. She is a Trained Mediator and on the panel
of ICADR & WIPO. She is a member of the Steering
Committee of FISME-IPFC and also of the CII Special Task
Force on Skills & Education.
She has been involved with Training a whole cross
section of people in different sectors for the last many
years. She is a visiting faculty at NCDPD
(National Centre for Design & Product Development) and
AIHTM (Ashoka Institute of Hospitality & Tourism
Management), New Delhi. She has delivered lectures at
prestigious organizations/institutes (Indian Institutes
of Public Administration (HCM-RIPA in Jaipur and IIPA in
New Delhi), Rajasthan Police Academy (RPA, Jaipur),
NID-Ahmedabad, MNIT, MAEIT, CCS University-Meerut
amongst others) and invited to speak at
She was an invited
speaker, at the international conference,
INNOVASIA-2005, in Bangkok, Thailand. She was a
moderater of the panel- “Aspiring Entrepreneurship” at
the “Women In Leadership Forum – India-2010”.
She is a prolific writer and has numerous articles
published in leading National dailies, reputed magazines
& other publications. Her column appears in The
Financial Express magazine “SME World”.
Apart from travelling to many countries for attending
trainings/conferences, she has lived in Japan (Sapporo,
Hokkaido) and learnt the Japanese Language, Art &
Culture. She has also dabbled in French.
The overall aim of LOGIHQ is to help people
attain a better “quality of life” in every sense of the
term. LOGIHQ’s training focus is in niche areas
like the Assisted Living/ Elderly Care sector. In this
regard her innovation was among the final shortlisted
ones for the “Anjani Mashelkar Inclusive Innovation
Apart from training, she aims at promoting new & first
time writers and other creative people. She will provide
the much needed guidance and support to budding writers
for self publishing their creations as books.
