Ms Manisha Gupta WINS yet another Award, after having been a WINNER at an International Film Festival in LOS ANGELES (Sept.) and the 6th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival (Apr.), for her Debut Screenplay “FALL” In SPRING….??, at the 5th Delhi Shorts International Film Festival, 2016 on November 6. Ms Manisha’s Short Film “HAPPINESS IS…” has Won an Award at the 2nd Dehradun International Film Festival, 2016. This Film has been an Official Selection at many International Film Festivals in India & Abroad.

Mr. Chhibba is the promoter of Intrim Business Associates, a full service Management Consultancy firm focusing on strategy and fulfilment. Its competency centres include Branding, Marketing, Channel Development and supply chain in Retail, Consumer Goods, Engineering and Services and B2B and Intermediate goods. He was earlier the Managing Director of the KSA Technopak -South Asian Operations.
Intrim works with clients like HLL, Tata Steel, Mother Dairy, DS group, ITC, Godrej, ICI and with various Governments among others.

His previous experience includes Sales and Marketing roles with the Tata Group in various capacities. As an entrepreneur running a national marketing and distribution company whose main strategic partner was Infosys-hardware. As a Professor at University of Rhode Island, USA and the last five years with A. F. Ferguson as a consultant, looking at the Corporate/Marketing Strategy and later at Logistics & Distribution.
He is an MMS (Marketing) from J. Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai (1980) and a B. Tech (Electrical) from IIT Delhi (1978).
His publications include a book published by Penguin India – “Starting a Successful Business” based on research of a hundred start-ups. This book received editorial page acclaim in The Times of India, and positive reviews in The Hindu, Financial Express etc. Another book, “Guarding Against Brand Failure – DHF Model”, was published in India and abroad. The DHF model is evolved after study of successes and failures of Brand launches in India & the U.S.
Shortly he is to co-author a book by Macmillan Palgrave in UK- “Lessons in Global Marketing- The Developing Economy Experience”.
